The world's most famous plumber (and, of course, his brother) is back. Mario, star of more than 200 games, and jolly handy with a plunger, is coming to a Wii near you on Friday when New Super Mario Bros. goes on sale. Despite nearly 30 years of fame and fortune, our hero is as fresh and unjaded as ever, ready to do battle with Bowser who has, once again, got the unusually unlucky Princess Peach in his clutches. But while the plot could use some work (Peach has been ensnared so many times I've lost count), the gameplay is corking. While it's fun to attempt this side-scroller on your own, playing with buddies makes for a joyously chaotic experience.
