Games review: Green Day: Rockband
Friday 11 June 2010
£34.99 – £49.99
Format PS3, Wii, Xbox 360
The RockBand series could go on for ever like this. It’s hard to see where else the gameplay can develop, so it looks as if each new release will rely on the quality of the songs included. Although lovers of the veteran punks will lap this up, it does seem odd that two albums are included in full (Dookie and American Idiot, although you can buy songs to complete 21st Century Breakdown), while three of their records have barely a handful of tracks each. Still, the animations are spot-on, even if they could have done better than three locations.
