Games Review: Just Dance
£39.99
Format Wii
Publisher Ubisoft
The flagrant self-deception that comes with playing a dance game alone at home, possibly rhythmlessly and probablywearing jogging bottoms, lies at the heart of Just Dance. Consistent applause and enthusiastic “high scores” (which seem not to notice or care whether you move your feet or even break a sweat) convince you that you’re busting moves like a dancefloor jaguar, and the wide range of tracks available – from Technotronic to Blondie – errs just this side of ironic.
