Games Review: Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty
PlayStation Network, Sony, £9.99
Thanks to some smart recent releases, PSN is beginning to give the long-established Xbox Live Arcade a run for its money.
This bite-sized Ratchet & Clank adventure is a case in point: great characters, fun and varied gameplay with a smattering of witty touches. It's packed with pirates and a variety of locations, from sandy coves to dank caverns, so there's plenty of fun to be had, but one thing that's disappointing is the lack of new weapons. That's a serious oversight in a Ratchet & Clank game, even one that costs less than a tenner.
