After the critical pasting M Night Shyamalan’s fantasy film received, no one can be holding out great hopes for the accompanying game, which is good because this 3D actionadventure offers little to recommend it. Graphics and animation are poor, while the fighting is clunky and can frequently descend into buttonbashing. The puzzles are simplistic too, although at least there are three playable characters, offering some variety. As with most video games based on films, it is likely that fans of the movie will find something to enjoy here – but if we’re being honest, there won’t be too many of those.
