It’s gold for Sega as London 2012 game tops all formats chart again
Gold medals for Team GB fuel sales of London 2012 themed videogames.
Gold medals for Team GB are fuelling sales of the London 2012 themed videogames as once the snappily named London 2012: The Official Videogame tops the all formats games chart, with the Mario and Sonic take on the Olympics following in hot pursuit.
The majority of the rest of the chart maintains the status quo too with Koch Media’s Risen 2: Dark Waters the only new entry in the entire top 40, ranking at 14th place, and a cut-priced Assassin’s Creed: Revelations ensuring a return for Ubisoft’s title to the week’s top ten.
