'Muslim massacre' computer game condemned

A computer game in which players control an American soldier sent to "wipe out the Muslim race" has been condemned as offensive and tasteless by a British Muslim group.
The goal of Muslim Massacre, which can be downloaded for free on the internet, is to "ensure that no Muslim man or woman is left alive", according to the game's creator.
Players control an "American Hero" armed with a machine gun and rocket launcher who is parachuted into the Middle East.
Users progress through levels, first killing Arabs that appear on screen and later taking on Osama bin Laden, Mohammed and finally Allah.
The game's creator, a freelance programmer known as Sigvatr, described the game on the SomethingAwful.com website as "fun and funny".
In a "How you can help" section, he writes to visitors: "Don't whinge about how offensive and 'edgy' this is."
British Muslim youth organisation The Ramadhan Foundation expressed its "deep condemnation and anger" at the game.
The group said: "This game is glorifying the killing of Muslims in the Middle East and we urge ISP providers to take action to remove this site from their services as it incites violence towards Muslims and is trying to justify the killing of innocent Muslims.
"We have written to the British Government to urge an inquiry into this game and take action to shut down the site. This is not satire but a deliberate attempt to demonise Muslims."
The foundation's chief executive, Mohammed Shafiq, added: "Encouraging children and young people in a game to kill Muslims is unacceptable, tasteless and deeply offensive.
"There is an increase in violence in this country and some of it comes from video games. When kids spend six hours a day on violent games they are more likely to go outside and commit violence.
"If it was the other way around, with a game featuring Muslims killing Israelis or Americans, there would be uproar and rightly so.
"I would urge ISPs to take action against sites like this and there can be no justification for this sort of video game. I hope the person who made this game thinks again."
The game was first released in January this year but has become more popular in recent days after being linked to by several prominent blogs.

AFTER LIFE FROM GOD. ISLAM AND MUSLIMS REPRESENT THE JUSTICE AND PEACE WHICH IS EVEN GREATER AND MORE RESPECTFUL THAN CATHOLICS. OUR JOB IS TO DO WHAT WE CAN IN THIS WORLD TO PREVENT INJUSTICE FROM OCCURING. THE CREATOR OF THE GAME SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR CREATING GAMES LIKE THIS. IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT SUCCEED, THEN YOUR PUNISHMENT WILL BE PENDING IN THE LIFE AFTER.
Muslims are human first, they follow a religion they chose to follow , it is every human's birth right to choose what they like. Islam does not advocate killings it does not preach shedding innocent blood for land, it does not condemn non-muslims as inferior races, infact it insists that muslims respect every other religion as they respect their own. Killing even an animal is disliked and allowed only if it is for food. Killing one human is equavalent to killing the whole of humanity , in Islam's way of life. These are the true preachings of Islam, I am not a very good muslim but I know what my religion preaches and what it condemns. To save a single human being from injustice has the potential of earning eternal salvation for a muslim, it does not differentiate chrisitans or any other religion , someone needs help Islam will help, Islam never preached oppression.
Ironically every single day I read the flag bearers of equality and freedom , from west, shovel dirt on Islam and muslims, why I ask WHY ? Islam is peace , those who kill innocent blood , those who kill for their malignant purposes in the name of Islam or Allah, are cowards and are in no way MUSLIMS. Islamic idealogy expels such diabolical souls and ideas.
I request all of the readers , to stop and think , why is it that no muslim has been disrespectful to Jesus or Moses ? Do you ever think why ? Because Islam believes in Jesus (PBUH) and Mosses(PBUH) as well , they are just as respectful in Islam's eyes as is Muhammed(PBUH). Muhammed(PBUH) himself said to never compare him to other messengers from God, it is not rightful for us to say Muhammed(PBUH) is better than Jesus(PBUH) or Moses(PBUH). Muhammed(PBUH)'s preachings were of peace of justice and of remembering the ruler of the universe who is as much your God as mine. Allah, God, Bhagwaan are all referring to that one entity if you sit and think some day. May God bless us all with peace and understanding for each other, and may those who bring bad name to a Islam be uncovered for everyone to see , how their propaganda machinery turned light into dark.
And also the persecution in Islamic countries is far worse than in the western countries, there are beatings but rarely any killings... How do you expect us to treat your religion respectfully when you criticize others and claim such as: "ISLAM AND MUSLIMS REPRESENT THE JUSTICE AND PEACE WHICH IS EVEN GREATER AND MORE RESPECTFUL THAN CATHOLICS"

Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. . . . If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them . . .'" (Muslim Book 19, Number 4294).

"Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued" (Qur'an 9:29).

"O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him" (Qur'an 9:123).
"Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not" (Qur'an 2:216).
"Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly" (Qur'an 8:60).
"Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah?" (Qur'an 9:111).
"O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place . . . " (Qur'an 9:38, 39).
