When the creatives behind 'Seinfeld' invented a high score that character George Costanza achieved in the arcade classic 'Frogger', they no doubt thought that 860,630 points was mind-bogglingly, ludicrously high.

But now a real-life gamer has topped it. American Pat Laffaye has won a cash prize offered by Twin Galaxies, an online gaming scoreboard, to trounce the fictional character. Mr Laffaye, we salute you and your supreme skills.
