No sooner had The Sims 4 been released than someone asked the question 'How do I make my Sims naked?'

The reason why, in a world where you can access hardcore pornography in about five seconds, is something to be discussed in a 15,000 word essay, but let's just catch up on how far people have got with this most noble of missions shall we?

Using the 'no mosaic' mod, Sims were found to be basically like Barbie and Ken dolls underneath their clothes, all bulges and smooth surfaces, so modders wasted no time in crafting lifelike penises, vaginas, areolas and pubic hair to kit them out with.

Initial attempts were pretty makeshift (penises were flat and looked drawn on), but the latest, many of which you can view here if you so desire, are stunningly three-dimensional, meaning you can stroll around your apartment becoming grade 8 at lute or holding passive aggressive birthday parties completely in the buff.

Unsurprisingly, there's a bias towards female mods and ones setting pretty unrealistic expectations for body image, but the truly remarkable thing is that a lot of these mods are on sale.

People are spending actual real-world money to look through a telescope with their d*ck out.

The Sims 4 is far from the first game to be inundated with nudity mods, with Skyrim also being populated by many naturists, and rape being rampant in GTA Online.
