Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer gets Destiny remake

YouTube user Sam Goodey has created a Star Wars / Destiny mashup trailer to the delight of gamers

Only people living under the proverbial rock could have missed the new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, yet a remake appears to have some people even more excited.

YouTube user Sam Goodey combined the Star Wars trailer's soundtrack with footage from the game Destiny and the result is spectacular.

The stitching is pretty smooth, bar a few lip syncing oddities, and manages to capture the grand, intergalactic atmosphere that addicts of either phenomenon can't help but get excited about.

Even fans of just one of the two were pretty happy about the final product.
