Plants vs Zombies goes Gangsta Rap
Friday 16 September 2011
If Jay-Z was lord of the undead, he'd be called Cray-Z and sign to Ded Jam Records, according to an oddball trailer for Plants vs Zombies.
Or perhaps it's less Jay-Z, and more Crazy Dave - the in-game neighborhood seed seller who replenishes players' supplies.
Whatever the case it's clear that PopCap, much like fellow kings of casual gaming Zynga, aren't in the sort of position where they need to justify the issue of new trailers for well-established favorites.
At least, not right away. Not with Halloween's zombie-tastic potential too far away, either.
