Trailer for 'Black Ops' Escalation pack outlines new maps

The second map pack for
Call of Duty: Black Ops is due out May 3 as an Xbox Live download, and staff from the game's studio are on hand to offer hints and tips on how to take advantage of the
Escalation's new multiplayer arenas.
Four of the five maps are for use in competitive multiplayer, set in cold war USA and Russia.
"A good tip for Zoo would be to get on the monorail. If you can get up there you can walk around most of the level - it's a great vantage point," advises Paul Mason Firth, one of the level designers.
Hotel has even more verticality. "If you can control the elevators you can control the upper floors, and those of course come with the sniper points which give you a great view of the pool area," offers Paul.
Convoy features a ruptured bridge structure. "Throw a couple of grenades down there through the damaged floor of the bridge," says Paul, in order to surprise enemies lurking below.
Stockpile is centered around an armory complete with working blast doors. "Get in there, get those doors shut, and then you can pretty much lock that building down," Paul concludes.
The fifth map, a zombie-infested environment known as Call of the Dead, remains shrouded in mystery.
The pack's May 3 timing is shortly after the international debuts of SOCOM 4 on PlayStation 3, Section 8: Prejudice (itself an Xbox Live download), and the European launch of Operation Flashpoint: Red River.
