Health Update: Bags of trouble

THE BLACK visiting bags used by most GPs on house calls - and often left inside a car - can become too hot, causing lifesaving drugs to become unstable and sometimes ineffective, a report in the British Medical Journal says. GPs' bags should be sprayed silver to keep them cool and stored somewhere other than the inside of the car, it suggests.
