How-to strengthen your hips and heal knee pain

According to a new study presented on June 4 at the 55th Annual American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland, strengthening your hips can alleviate runner's knee or patellofemoral pain (PFP).
