Get... some celluloid nourishment. If you love films and you love food, then you're in for a double whammy treat. The very first London Food Film Fiesta, will be screening two premieres, A Chef In Love and Soul Food. There'll also be plenty of your foodie favourites, such as the cult classic Babette's Feast, Eat Drink, Man Woman from Taiwan, Mexico's Like Water for Chocolate and Tampopo, the Japanese noodle fetish classic. In addition to the film programme, there'll be tastings, demonstrations, a roving food poet and a Magic Lantern Show. Gordon Ramsay, Jean-Christophe Novelli and our very own Sophie Grigson will be amongst the Food Film Fiesta's celebrity chefs and you can also expect wine expert Jancis Robinson to put her nose round the door.

To 22 March, Riverside Studios, Crisp Road, Hammersmith, London W6 0171 741 2255

Take... a pair of sunglasses. Moscow's major museums, the Russian National Library and the State Museums of the Kremlin have all loaned works to the Royal Academy's `Holy Russia' exhibition and what a gorgeous experience it promises to be: 60 icons and 16 manuscripts created in the Russian capital between the 14th and 16th Centuries. Go see.
