Accessories join cars on center stage at Frankfurt

Bentley has announced a partnership with London luxury leather brand Ettinger of London to produce a leather collection, coinciding with the launch of the new Bentley Continental GT Convertible.
The brands announced on the eve of the Frankfurt Motor Show that the new Bentley Collection leather line, inspired by the new color Breeze which will be available with the Continental GTC for the first time, will be added to the brand's merchandise as a limited-edition range.
Also added to the collection to coincide with the launch will be a new range of Bentley Eyewear pieces, crafted by Estede and designed to reflect the new, more muscular appearance of the Continental GTC.
This week, Bentley will unveil the new Continental GTC at the Frankfurt Motor Show, one of the world's largest auto events and a magnet for car lovers from all over the world.
Perhaps its no surprise then, that Bentley is aiming to cash in on its brand with its legions of fans, although it's by no means the only one.
Last month, Porsche unveiled a new 'Porsche Design Driver's Selection', which like Bentley, used many of the colors and even the materials featured by its powerful vehicles.
Even footwear can't escape the influence of automakers at this time of year - Peugeot recently teamed up with French designer Pierre Hardy to design shoes to accompany its HX1 project, while Citroen opted for a partnership with Gio-Goi to produce the DS3 Racing Shoe by Gio-Goi.
