Meter mutter

Shopkeepers in St John's Wood are appealing to Westminster City Council for short-stay meters instead of yellow lines after reports that customers were being scared off by over-zealous parking attendants. The traders say people can no longer pop into the shops after a blitz on illegally parked cars.
