Newsbrief: Card clean-up
Westminster Council is to launch a campaign to clear phone boxes of calling-cards left by prostitutes. More than 100,000 cards, often incorporating explicit erotic designs, are left in boxes every week. The council plans to work with police and British Telecom to carry out random raids on phone boxes throughout the summer.
