The UK's biggest Pride festival kicks off in Brighton on Saturday 6 August, signalling the start of a week-long summer festival. It all culminates with the Pride Parade and main park event on Saturday 13 August, and you could be there, as The Independent has teamed up with Pride to offer readers the chance to win one of 50 pairs of tickets.
Within the ticketed arena in Preston Park, the new live stage promises to deliver the very best live entertainment to revelers. Alexandra Burke will be performing alongside fellow X Factor winner, and Popstar to Operastar champion, Joe McElderry.
Madame Burke and monsieur McElderry join a fantastic line-up that also includes eighties pop icon Sonia and dance duo Booty Luv.
