Swim pool action after drowning

Investigations are under way by Haringey council to improve signs at Tottenham leisure centre where Jency Tshilombo, aged two, drowned in a closed swimming pool in June. Coroner Dr Paul Knapman criticised warning notices. He recorded a verdict of accidental death.
