BoS offers 100% mortgage

BANK of Scotland is offering 100 per cent mortgages through the residential mortgages arm of its subsidiary Centrebank. Currently available are a three-year 7.99 per cent fix and an 8.49 per cent variable. Details from Legal & General, Eagle Star and other selected introducers.

Birmingham Midshires is offering a 4 per cent discount on its variable rate, currently 7.99 per cent, until 1 July. The society is also offering a two- year fix of 5.95 per cent and a four-year 6.95 per cent fix - both of which carry an arrangement fee of pounds 295 and are available on 90 per cent advances.
