Business and City: New system for NI payments
NATIONAL Insurance stamps and cards for the self-employed and voluntary contributors are being abolished on 11 April. Payments can instead be made by direct debit or by a new system of quarterly billing. Payments can be made at all post offices through Girobank or through banks.
