TSB has cut the rate on personal loans of pounds 10,000-pounds 15,000 to 13.8 per cent APR.

Woolwich is raising rates on its Premier 30 account by up to 0.4 per cent from the end of April. Cater Allen bank has raised rates on one to five years. On minimum sums of pounds 10,000 it offers 6.375 per cent gross for a year, 7 per cent for four years and 7.125 per cent for five years.
