At the Natural History Museum's latest exhibition you could come face to face with your ancient relatives and find out how Britain looked long before the Romans, Saxons and Vikings arrived. Britain: One Million Years of the Human Story opened a couple of weeks ago.

Entry is £9 for adults (£4.50 for kids) but you can get two-for-the-price-of-one tickets through the book chain Waterstones. To be eligible, you need to sign up to the company's free loyalty card at your nearest branch, then print off the Waterstones two-for-one voucher at Take it, with your card, to the exhibition any weekday between 10am and 5.15pm. The exhibition runs until 28 September.

Sign up to Greggs and earn yourself a tasty reward

Greggs the bakery chain has launched a mobile payment app which it says is designed to reward loyal customers. By registering for a Greggs Rewards account via the app, or online at, you can become eligible for exclusive treats and rewards. Three for the price of two on exotic preserves

Mammy Jamia's range of premium preserves costs £2.39 for a 340g jar. But Waitrose is running a three‑for‑two promotion throughout March. The Cheshire-based company's fig and plum preserves were awarded Gold stars in Great Taste 2013. Other jams in the range include rhubarb, ginger, pear, apple, greengage and quince.

Hungry House offers cashback to new members
