Three-year fix at 7.99%

BANK of Scotland is offering 100 per cent mortgages through Centrebank. It has launched a three-year 7.99 per cent fix and is also offering a variable rate of 8.49 per cent. Income criteria are tougher than usual - twice joint income or 2.5 times one income plus once the second. Available only through selected introducers, including Legal & General, Eagle Star and Scottish Amicable.
