A round pounds 10m

The world's biggest Ferris wheel, to be built on the south bank of the River Thames for the millenium, could recoup its pounds 10m cost in a year. The project's backers, British Airways, said the wheel will earn pounds 250 a minute. It will take two years to build and will be moved to a permanent site after five years.
