Accor hotels deal with Eurotunnel

ACCOR, the French hotels group, is to build and operate three hotels on Eurotunnel's Cite de l'Europe site in Coquelles near Calais.

The hotels - a luxury Suitehotel, a mid-market Ibis and a cut-price Etap - will cost pounds 9.6m, contain 366 rooms and employ 51 people. They will be aimed at coach operators who want to offer customers overnight accommodation for the nearby shopping centre.
