WALL STREET rebounded in early trading yesterday, with the Dow making up more than 100 points of last week's 524-point loss. By midday the Dow Jones was up 95 points, or 0.92 per cent, at 10,373. The Nasdaq index was making healthy gains as high- tech stocks soared. The index was up 50 points, or 1.86 per cent, at 2,790.
