A Cohen & Co, metal ingots manufacturer, reported a fall in pre-tax profits to pounds 215,000 ( pounds 783,000). Loss per share 31.68p (21.2p). Total dividend is 6.8p (10p).

Ticketing Group, the furniture hirer and events promoter, reduced pre-tax losses from pounds 5.25m to pounds 2.15m. Loss per share was cut to 2.4p (11.6p).

Year to 31 March

AF Bulgin & Co, electrical and electronic components supplier, deepened pre-tax losses from pounds 107,000 to pounds 212,000. Loss per share 0.76p (0.4p). Total dividend is held at 0.1p.

Wintrust, merchant banker, fell to pounds 2m ( pounds 3m) pre-tax profit. Earnings per share fell to 12.2p (19.2p). Final dividend is 6.3p, making 9.3p (same).

Osborne and Little, furnishing fabrics designer, incurred pounds 98,000 taxable loss (profit pounds 855,000). Loss per share is 8.12p (EPS 7.83p). Final dividend is 2.6p, making 4.6p (4.35p).

Somic, yarns, fabrics and motor accessories manufacturer, made pounds 81,000 pre-tax profit (loss pounds 114,000). Earnings per share are 3.86p (loss 2.83p). Dividend is 1.5p.
