Head start for restaurant group raising cash for acquisitions

Animal attraction at Break for the Border in Charing Cross Road, London. The restaurant and nightclub group, which floated last year, is to raise pounds 3.75m from a placing and open offer. The cash will be used to help pay for the acquisition of the Marino Group of hotels, restaurants and nightclubs in Dublin announced in May and to provide working capital.
