Lockheed deal

THE US aerospace giant, Lockheed Martin, yesterday said is postal systems unit had won a five-year contract worth pounds 130m to supply the Royal Mail's Address Interpretation project. The project will enable the Royal Mail to interpret hand-written addresses, increasing the ability to automate the handling of letters and eventually parcels.
