Morrison seeking pounds 18.75m

The UK construction company, Morrison, will seek to raise pounds 18.75m in an initial public offering, according to the pathfinder prospectus published today. The company forecasts that profits in the six months to September 1995 will reach pounds 2.02m, up from pounds 1.03m last time. Half of the money raised will be used to finance projects at the building and property development division in the UK.
