The private equity firm Lion Capital has vowed to expand the global presence of All Saints after it rescued the fashion retailer in a deal worth £102m.

After completing a protracted sale process, the Lion Capital-led consortium, which includes US firm Goode Partners, sees "enormous international potential" for All Saints.

Lyndon Lea, a partner at Lion, cited growth plans in the US, Asia and capital cities of Europe from Milan to Amsterdam. He said that All Saints had previously expanded "too fast for its capital structure," which had led to a "liquidity squeeze".
