The airports operator BAA will today apply for a judicial review of the Competition Commission's ruling that it should continue to divest airports following the sale of Gatwick to a consortium led by Global Infrastructure Partners in 2009.
In July, the Commission confirmed its earlier, provisional view that BAA should sell Stansted followed by either Edinburgh or Glasgow airport.
