The daughter of Mohamed al-Fayed has acquired Issa, the clothing label favoured by the Duchess of Cambridge for an undisclosed sum.

Camilla al-Fayed has bought a 51 per cent controlling stake in Issa from founder and designer Daniella Issa Helayel, who has retained a 49 per cent shareholding. The deal comes just a week after her father purchased the online luxury fashion retailer Cocosa. The duchess wore a blue dress designed by Ms Helayel for her first television interview as the fiancée of Prince William.
