Intandem Films, which owns the sales rights to the Megan Fox and Simon Pegg film How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, is expected to clear its biggest debt this week.

It is understood that the Aim-listed company will announce tomorrow that it has handed over the rights of five films to Arrowhead Target Fund in exchange for clearing a $9.6m loan. The films include Supergator, a horror film from cult director Roger Corman.
