Einhorn pulls out of New York Mets deal
Talks have collapsed on a proposed $200m (£123m) investment in the New York Mets from the hedge fund manager David Einhorn.
Mr Einhorn said the baseball team had imposed changes that made it "impossible" for him to take a stake. The Mets' owners, Fred Wilpon and Saul Katz, face a $1bn lawsuit from the trustee seeking money for victims of Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme.
