Entrepreneur Mel Morris to become the £350m Candyman

A Midlands entreprenuer stands to pocket £350m when Candy Crush-owner King floats in the US later this year, it has emerged.

The mobile phone hit makes millions of pounds each week from its one billion users and is hoping to capitalise on this success by joining the Nasdaq exchange, where Facebook is also listed.

Mel Morris, a former Derby County FC director, holds an 11.5 per cent stake in UK company King, which is expected to be valued at up to £3bn.
