Homeserve is still in talks with FSA
The home emergency services company Homeserve has admitted it has not resolved last year's mis-selling allegations and remains in "dialogue" with the Financial Services Authority.
"We have now received the formal written feedback from the FSA following the sales and marketing issues identified last October," Homeserve said. Efforts to "improve our controls and governance procedures remain consistent with their feedback".
An FSA spokesman declined to comment.
