Karen Millen snaps up David Bailey

Karen Millen has become the latest fashion retailer to sign up a celebrity photographer to promote its autumn and winter collection.

The womenswear chain has enlisted David Bailey, who once took pictures of The Beatles and Rolling Stones, as it revealed plans to ramp up its store expansion overseas. Rival Marks & Spencer has used the fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz for a campaign showcasing its new clothing range.
