The country clothing specialist Joules has received a £22m investment from LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.
The deal will see LDC take a minority stake in the company, which owns 76 stores in the UK and also sells its clothes in John Lewis, Harrods and Selfridges. The founder Tom Joule said: “This is such a fantastic time for Joules to welcome the many opportunities that we have as a lifestyle brand; and with the support of LDC, we can accelerate the next steps of our journey.”
