Mavinwood is looking for more than £30m in sale of drains fixer Ansa
Mavinwood, the AIM-listed support services group backed by former Tory treasurer Lord Ashcroft, is pondering the sale of drains fixer Ansa.
The company is hoping to get more than £30m for the business, formerly owned by Gresham before being sold to management for £8m in 2004. Mavinwood snapped up Ansa for £25m in 2005. Lord Ashcroft increased his holding in Mavinwood to 57.1 per cent in November.
