Mitie in the running for Dalkia's British facilities arm in a likely £150m sale
Mitie, the FTSE 250 outsourcing business led by Ruby McGregor-Smith, is believed to be in the running for the British facilities management arm of Dalkia.
PricewaterhouseCoopers is conducting a strategic review for energy giants EDF and Veolia Environnement, Dalkia's French co-owners, which is likely to lead to a sale at £150m. Carillion and Enterprise, the construction and facilities groups, have also been cited as potential bidders.
