Stone rejects Twitter deal rumours

Biz Stone, the co-founder of Twitter, disappointed investors hoping for a swift stock market listing for the popular micro-blogging site last night by saying that the company was "not even discussing it internally".

Speaking to Reuters, he said: "It's too far off." Mr Stone also dismissed speculation that Twitter was in talks to sell a 10 per cent stake to a JP Morgan technology fund for $450m.
