`No frills' Virgin flies Down Under

RICHARD BRANSON, the head of Virgin yesterday unveiled plans to shake- up Australia's airline industry with the launch of a new no-frills carrier that will slash internal fares. The new service aims to be airborne for July next year in time to capitalise in the surge in demand that will accompany the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
