Rebels fail to oust Tay chairman

SHAREHOLDERS in Tay Homes have narrowly rejected moves by rebel investors, led by the Sunley Family Ltd, to oust four board members including the chairman, Norman Stubbs. Tay added that it would appoint a new non-executive chairman within six months to replace Mr Stubbs, who will become part- time deputy chairman.
