Sema links up for on-line payments

SHARES IN SEMA rose 89p to 689p yesterday as Europe's second-largest computer services company announced a strategic partnership with California- based Broadvision to develop Broadvision's One-To-One Internet software in Europe.

The two companies also plan to target the telecoms sector world-wide with a range of systems to allow customers to pay bills and buy services on the world-wide web.
