Top changes at Robert Fleming
INVESTMENT bank Robert Fleming named Roddie Fleming and Lord Renwick as duty chairmen in place of Adam Fleming, who has left. Philip Fleming joins the board. Henry Strutt, head of Jardine Fleming, and Bernard Taylor become joint chiefs of global investment banking.
William Garrett, chief executive, said the Robert Fleming Trustee - the Fleming family holding company which owns 30 per cent - has expressed "strong support for the company's strategy and reaffirmed its commitment to Fleming's independent future".
