28 Aug: Swan Hunter shipbuilders, Tyneside, 725.
3 September: Yarrow shipbuilders, Glasgow, 510.
10 Sept: Allied Irish Bank, Uxbridge and elsewhere, 220.
18 Sept: BBC support staff, London and elsewhere, 1,250.
18 Sept: Cammell Laird shipbuilders, Birkenhead, 250.
23 Sept: British Aerospace, Hatfield and Manchester, 3,000.
24 Sept: Ford, Dagenham and Halewood, 1,487.
24 Sept: Rolls-Royce cars, Crewe, 950.
24 Sept: Baring Securities, London, 108.
25 Sept: British Coal, Daw Mill colliery, Warwicks, 580.
29 Sept: Sears retail and mail order, various areas, 1,800.
29 Sept: Pirelli Cables, Hampshire and South Wales, 300.
29 Sept: Northern Telecom, Northern Ireland, 426.
