THE ROYAL FINE Arts Commission should be consulted about plans for wind farms to ensure they become "worthy additions to the landscape", the commission's chairman said yesterday.
The former Tory Cabinet minister Lord St John of Fawsley said: "Whether these installations are offshore or on-shore, design is crucial so that they become worthy additions to the landscape."
